摘要：Inthis talk we consider Neumann problem for 2D Keller-Segel system with rotation where the rotation angel is \theta. We prove that: In a general bounded domain, if the initial mass is large than 8π/cos(\theta), then there exists nonnegative initial datum such that the corresponding nonradial solution blows up in finite time and the blow-up point lies in the domain; if the boundary of the domain contains a line segment and the initial mass is large than 4π/cos(\theta)，then there exists nonnegative initial datum such that the nonradial solution blows up in finite time and the blow-up point lies in the line segment. Let the domain be a disc, if the initial mass is smaller than 8π/cos(\theat), then the radial solution exists globally in time; if the initial mass is smaller than 4π/cos(\theta), then the radial solution is globally bounded.

李玉祥教授简介

李玉祥，东南大学数学学院教授，博士生导师，教育部自然科学二等奖获得者，江苏省优秀博士论文指导教师，江苏省数学会理事，曾任数学学院副院长。长期从事非线性抛物型方程的研究，在国内外重要数学期刊Comm. Math. Phys.、Math. Ann、J. Differential Equations、European J. Appl. Math.发表学术论文50多篇。先后主持多项国家自然科学基金，江苏省自然科学基金、留学基金、博士后基金等。
